Milena Broger, Erik Pedersen und Theresa Feurstein unite simplicity and culinary perfection at their restaurant Weiss in Bregenz. Regional products, the love and passion for cooking and hospitality create an extraordinary special experience. Fine dining, bar, café - everything works at Weiss – and should be fun for the guests, same as for the staff. “All colors white” – as one of their slogans says, referring to Weiss/white as the sum of all different colors, people, tastes... A blank page, supposed to be filled. Due to the philosophy of the restaurant, the corporate design is strictly black and white. The strong letter W was slightly adapted, creating a strong visual element for the place. The W works as a symbol and logo. Simple but high-quality printed materials take a step back and leave the stage for culinary art and warm hosting. The black leather wine menu is made by a young female shoemaker and is holding the wine selection together.
