Showing off not only style but attitude with tights is the credo of Munich-based Airless Fashion GmbH. The aim was to create a new brand for the company that combines stylish elegance with the self-confidence of a young target group.
The name itself, Saint Sass, combines the cheeky attitude of Berlin and the elegant chic of the fashion metropolis Paris. Statement tights allow young women to wear their self-image on their skin in the form of sassy lines. The brand's visual language puts the protagonists in the foreground. A specially created pattern inspired by Jackson Pollock's Action Painting – hand-painted and then digitized – brings dynamism and freedom from traditional conventions to the packaging and printed materials. The finely drawn logotype, bold typeface and the strong color underscore the tension inherent in the brand. "Tights for tigers and birds" is a powerful slogan that bears the mindset of a brand that is anything but boring.
