Since the end of 2020, we have been supporting the Trob family business, manufacturer of hard metal precision parts, in the generational change in management and the associated renewal of the brand and communication.
As a company for mechanical engineering and supplier of highly specific products, Trob finds itself in a saturated but communicatively underdeveloped B2B market. As a result, manufacturers of hard metal parts fly under the radar, even if their products and services supply sectors such as the automotive industry or medical technology.
In 2021, we helped reposition the company on the market. Based on a competitor and market analysis and several internal stakeholder workshops, the brand received a redesign not seen before in the industry.
