For the people who grew up there, Tieschen is not just an Austrian town on the border to Slovenia, but a way of life. Full of self-irony and drive, Tieschners do their own thing - and make their own wine, which emphasizes regional characteristics, but is hardly known - even in Austria.
So why not use the framework of the official wine designation "DAC" for a design, that emphasizes the origin of the wine? The new branding really exaggerates the idea by showing the name Tieschen as large as possible in analogue and digital form - even four times on the wine label. That, in combination with the motto "Whoever finds us, like us." creates a self-confident brand story for the underdog, well as an identity on the international wine market that cannot be overlooked.
