JOURNEY TO iO
Project Description
This is the Nu-Rock-Band J2iO (abbreviation for JOURNEY TO iO).
The chimp in the centre is considered to be the synonym for the band and therefore equally wildly and aggressively illustrated as their music. The lettering and the colour creation is employed purposefully to emerge from the “jungle” of music groups and to fully draw the attention to itself. Concealed in the design of the monkey’s head, which works as a standalone very well, is a message that represents the band’s slogan as well as it invites the audience to join in.
