Imposing, stylish and ultra-modern - this is how the K-HAUS presents itself in the middle of the small town of Kirchschlag/Lower Austria. The new building is interdisciplinary: a network meeting point with offices, co-working spaces, gourmet shop and panorama terrace for events. In an elegant reduction, a strong brand logo has been created. The striking architectural element, which looks like a sail, is taken up as a unique selling point. This results in an individualized typographic "K". The logo is designed as an umbrella brand, so that sub-brands can be derived. As an extension you see a set of icons that playfully pick up on the swing and silhouette of the brand logo. The "K" forms the focal point in the in-house signage system as well as in the lounge area, where it is transformed into an informatively illustrated mind map. The design concept also envisages playing with the concise letter "K" in written text. Corporate wordings such as "kommunity" or "kome together!" are used.
