This intervention is to be understood as an attempt to present industrial animal husbandry and the resulting effects as objectively and coherently as possible. A streamlined and downscaled design is used to facilitate the debate on complex topics from diverse areas of industrial agriculture. This intervention focuses on specific facts and figures made comprehensible through explanatory text material and visually consistent graphics. Images were deliberately omitted as they might arouse subjective emotions and therefore prevent objective perception. The viewer should have the opportunity to approach this matter without prejudice.
