"Working in and on the future" is an interactive and participative exhibition at the Ars Electronica Linz.
A new narrative in space is created by initiating a collective and engaging discourse.
Providing multiple accesses to a subject matter is what we call creating a contemporary scenography and in best case a transformative experience for visitors.
With reference to Otto and Marie Neuraths Isotype “Isotype of the future" was generated. It is a modular system of pictograms representing complex facts and extensive statistics as simple as possible for a very broad audience. Thus, it guides visitors through the exhibition space. Modular PERI-landscapes of industrial framework and translucent red welding curtains create an immersive scenography and set the stage for the world of “future work”. The red color of the partner Chamber of Labor Upper Austria was used.
