"Drawing has always been a passion of mine," says Romy Schwingenschuh.
In 2021 she selfpublishes an elegant artbook: DRAWINGS 2019-2020 (pen & ink) as a collection of her visual language in pen and ink drawings, created in 2019 and 2020. On 110 pages it presents a retrospective of more than 90 works on paper: portraits, figurative art, narrative sketches, fashion drawings and illustrations. The artbook appears as a special edition in the format 20x25cm, here as hardcover version with double-thick layflat pages (layflat allows the book to open completely flat; double-thickness means 432 g/m² at the core). Printed on demand, the illustrated book embodies the artist's love of drawing in a reduced line. The «superbook« acts as a collector's item for book lovers and art lovers. For fine art gallery owners and those interested in fine line art, she publishes the artbook in 2 smaller, handier formats: as a softcover and hardcover, both 18x18cm.
