For the eightieth birthday of »Chef of the Century« Eckart Witzigmann, we developed the magnificent book »Eckart Witzigmann – Was bleibt« on behalf of Benevento Publishing. Two extensive volumes on Witzigmann’s life work are bundled in a high-quality linen slipcase. »My Vision« tells in ten chapters about the most important stages in the life and work of Witzigmann and showcases a very personal picture section. In »My Work«, 25 former students of the Chef of the Century are portrayed. In addition to presenting a selection of Witzigmann’s signature dishes, these dishes also experience an exciting reinterpretation by the students. The individual chapters are rounded off by a »gift« from the students: a completely new culinary creation as a tribute to their teacher.
