The exhibition »Longing and Fall« presented the video works of Isaac Julien, Bianca Kennedy, Masbedo, Hans Op de Beeck, Erik Schmidt and others in one- to three-channel installations.
The Wemhöner Collection aims to make video art accessible to a broad audience: thus, in the catalog, the stories of burning desire and the most painful failure are retold as flipbooks; the supplemented audio descriptions appear like scrolling text in the film credits, while the book slipcase is reminiscent of a VHS videocassette.
