The "Highlights" brochure is aimed at a non-scientific, generally interested audience and is sent out together with the annual report as an informative supplement. Readers will find a representative cross-section of 15 outstanding research projects of the Max Planck Society in the past year in an easy-to-read and entertaining form. Illustrations and collages were developed for this publication as well as for other products. The coordination was carried out in close cooperation with the press office as well as the leading science editors of the Max Planck Society. The work is designed as a reversible brochure, so that there is a German and an English part. The center is marked with a divider that allows for detachable bookmarks.
