The 5th volume in the series about KÖR Kunst im öffentlichen Raum Wien (Public Art Vienna) shows the projects that were initiated and implemented by KÖR Wien between 2017 and 2019.

As part of the briefing we were asked to visualise the KÖR jury’s work process, which was characterised by an intensive exchange and by sometimes “explosive” discussions. The layout and choice of typography refers to these “differences”. At the same time it places great emphasis on structuring the diverse content.

The production and design of the cover reflect materials such as concrete and asphalt as well as architectural perspectives in urban spaces. The printed edge, which contains the entire book title, underlines the book as an object in (public) space as a reference to the content.
