In the field of austrian Rockmusic a small group of visual artists established themselves through supporting local acts in their work and creating artworks for international bands (Pearl Jam, Pixies, Blink-182,...).

THE RAW STUFF presents these artists together for the first time - to show the high quality of the austrian alt-music landscape and at most to use the release as a kick-start after the pandemic.
264 pages, 321 artworks, 152 bands, 70 anecdotes, 12 artists. Forewords by national known players FM4 and SLAM Magazine.

Even before the book-release, a lot of feedback from the scene & their players supported the project. On invitation, 2 exhibitions on national known NextComicFestival 2022 (Kapu Linz) and a 2-days event at music hot-spot Arena Wien (+concerts) with app. 550 visitors were held, 3 events will be in july. A year-long gigposter-project with Arena Wien (35 illustrations) is running now, an art festival tba. A postive input for an industry on COVID-standby.
