The new SWG Schraubenwerk Gaisbach production hall blazes new trails in timber construction. Its architecture sets new standards in hardwood use and probes the limits of this forward-looking renewable building material in a novel way. Every detail is a testament to innovation in craftsmanship and engineering. This book features comprehensive documentation of the project from various perspectives, including in-depth specialist and technical insights. Texts, written in German and English, accompany the image sequences and self-explanatory plans specially conditioned for the printed matter.

The "script" for the content structure follows the application of a screw: apply – screw in – connect. The visual equivalent is triple perforation starting on the cover and continuing through the body of the book to different depths. A 3D intervention that in addition to the strong visual effect, also serves to guide the user. The approach to the construction project is presented in three steps.
