IT'S A PASSION THING is a biannual magazine that shines a light on entrepreneurship, the philosophical question of CREATING, and the topic of passion in everyday work. With 10 interviews per issue, the publication invites the reader to rethink success. Developed out of brand and design studio Apt, the self-initiated magazine, which first appeared in 2020, became a product of the company. The aim of the magazine is to combine high-quality interviews with the best possible documentary photography and amazing editorial design. The design of each article is always adapted to the character of the interviewee, based on a fundamental grid and design system. With a changing team of journalists and photographers for each issue, 90% of the magazine is shot individually. Always where the magic happens, never just staging interviewees in the studio.

With a circulation of 3000 copies, the magazine is distributed in over 20 countries and printed in Austria on recycled paper from Salzer.
