Beauty of Activism is a social awareness campaign as a retrospective of 2021. Commenting on news events from the year. All 365 posters are now captured in a timeless 500-page publication that has been fully risographed by myself in the studio; I chose risography as it is an eco-friendly printing method that aligned with my own environmental beliefs. The movement has also encouraged other creatives from around the globe, through an open collaboration Instagram page which prompts people to create a poster in response to a world issue. With the power of social media, these posters can easily be shared to inspire others to get involved, combining both physical and digital activism.
