Under the title "Innovation and Inspiration", the non-profit property developer WBV-GPA ventures a look into the future in its 2020 yearbook. How will living work in growing cities in the future? What answers can property developers give to issues such as climate change and rising real estate prices? How can new materials and construction methods increase the quality of living? In 15 chapters, which are assigned to the three major topics "People, standards and milestones", own projects and international best practice examples are presented.

In line with the content, on the one hand, Schrägstrich tried new ways in the design (headline Typo Roba, prominent chapter order instead of classic pagina) and developed small-scale elements for non-linear reading. On the other hand, the important issue of sustainability was strongly emphasized through the selection of materials and production: The concrete feel on the cover is achieved, for example, with stone dust particles from Austria.
