Field of application
The Salve app helps case managers connect people in need of care with nursing homes. The mediation of care places and the cooperation within the framework of this mediation is immensely facilitated by the application.
Naming
"Salve" is the Roman greeting of welcome and health. Translated it means "I wish you good health".
Design and implementation
In a stressful business, Salve brings calm and clarity. The clear design stimulates exchange and communication while honoring established procedures. Salve replaces tools such as Excel lists and files.
Privacy
Health data is highly confidential. All data is hosted in the data center of the state of Vorarlberg and is anonymized on an ongoing basis.
