With drafting a concept for Erik Rippmann's online presence, two perspectives had to be considered: his work as a business coach / consultant and change manager in large international industry and his cultural and teaching work.

Starting there, we designed a minimalist base concept which is visually located within the cultural milieu. To make the web experience not just informative but fun, we incorporated some gimmicks, such as an animated 2D/3D logo, a palette of block colors, and overlapping elements, which symbolize the interlocking of the worlds of culture and economy.
