Self-production of a book as a "bar menu". What makes a book a book? This was the question that moved us from the very beginning of the project. From our point of view, a good book is entertaining, linguistically inspiring, and invites you to take a break and slow down, while also being entertaining. Therefore, we decided on short descriptions of the cocktails and we filled our bar book with fitting quotes and inspiring thoughts.
According to our positioning mindset for "Glocke. Die Bar.", which reads:
"Essence of nature", we decided to create a book from a drinks menu
to create a book that is also manufactured. According to the motto "life is for living", we thought, books are for reading. What we are proud of is the linguistic mix of ambiguous and unambiguous trains of thought, which can be read sip by sip with inimitable ease.
