Spar, the Rewe Group and Hofer Supermarkets are part of a big problem in Austria. Forming a so called star-syndicate they force subcontractors that produce milk, vegetables or meat to dump their prices and fight against each others.

Dossiers Creative Director Fabian Lang approached me with the idea of a setting of two competing sides: Theo Thanner, chief of the Austrian competition authority, fighting an overmighty Gerhard Drexel, CEO of Spar Austria.
