The project was created in the beginning of February 2022 on the request of the magazine of the Museum of Modern Art (New York). I was asked to create images about the current situation in Ukraine. Back than the situation in Ukraine was already pretty tense, for last few months people were often talking about a possible full-scale war, media were publishing a lot of articles about “How to survive the war”, nobody knew what to expect. I also was scared and nervous, and I decided to create images that were based on my personal experience - what I felt for the last few months, what I did and what I imagined could happen to me if the full-scale war starts.
