Window design for the new café INS MORGEN as illustrative and view-protecting band for the whole café. Behind the large window on the left is the kitchen, which should be protected from view. This was solved with frosted glass foil, so that it remains visually nice and light and also inside still a lot of light comes through. I have incorporated cut-outs in the film and put the motif in white over it. This visually creates three levels.
For the rest of the café, an illustrative band was requested to protect the people behind it through the image design.
The hummingbird, zucchini and zucchini flowers are elements of the café's CI illustration and I varied them as design elements for the windows.
Each window has a different dimension, the illustration varies from 90cm to 200cm in height, the windows extend over 20 meters.
