The increasing pressure of society on people of every age group is enormous. Through this, almost every part of daily life is impaired under the continual pressure to perform. This phenomenon can take its toll, particularly on one’s mental health. Despite this fact, society often turns a blind eye to the issue. Therefore, a lot of people, struggling with mental illnesses, have to fight discrimination and in order to break the stigma around mental health issues an art exhibition is to be devised. Various mental illnesses are visualized as illustrations and later animated.
The projects’ purpose is to reach and inform the people who aren’t affected by the matter but also to give those who suffer from mental illnesses a voice in our society. Those affected should be seen and accepted and be given the chance to live in society without the need to hide behind pretense. Additionally, the design of a Corporate Identity gives the project a face and recognition factor.
